One of India's finest coffee, Monsoon Malabar is produced by exposing the beans out in open warehouses during the country's monsoon season.
This "monsooning process" gives the coffee beans its sweetness, weakens its acidity and gives full body.
Indian Monsoon Malabar coffee is generally very low in acids with a clean flavour that is slightly spicy and winey. It has notes of caramel, spice, wood and leather contained in a strong aromatic drink that cuts through milk.
