Ceylon Large Leaf Orange Pekoe is a distinguished black tea from Sri Lanka, prized for its aromatic amber liquor and balanced flavour. With a smooth yet full-bodied taste, it carries subtle spicy and malty notes, complemented by a refined astringency. Unlike its broken-leaf counterpart, this large-leaf variety delivers a gentler, more delicate cup—perfect for enjoying without milk or sugar.
Steep in freshly boiled water (95–100 °C) for 3–5 minutes. A shorter infusion gives a bright, lively cup, while a longer steep produces a fuller-bodied, more robust flavor.
