Chamomile flowers have a delicious mellow sweetness and characteristic hints of apple. This tea imparts sweet and floral flavours with earthy undertones.  

Naturally caffeine-free, it is a delightfully relaxing drink at any time of day, it's best enjoyed in the evening, particularly after a meal. It is also an all-natural way to relieve stress and anxiety.

Use about 2 to 3 teaspoons of dried chamomile flowers per cup of water. Pour water boiled to 100°C over the flowers and let them steep for about 5-10 minutes. You may add lemon, honey or even ginger to add some zing.
