Sweet cinnamon tea makes a great after dinner beverage and goes well with fruit and pastries. A particular favourite during the winter months and perfect with a ginger biscuit!

Use about 1 teaspoon cinnamon tea per cup of water. Pour water boiled to 100°C over the tea. Allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes for the finest flavour.
