Known as the ‘Champagne of Tea’, Darjeeling is a delicate black tea grown exclusively in the Himalayan foothills of India’s Darjeeling District. Its unique terroir and small-leaf variety give rise to the celebrated muscatel character—an aromatic quality reminiscent of fine grapes—that lends the tea a refreshing, fruity lift with a smooth, subtle finish. Naturally light yet full of depth, Darjeeling is the perfect afternoon tea for moments of quiet indulgence.
Steep in water at 85–90 °C for 2–4 minutes. A shorter infusion enhances the tea’s delicate floral notes, while a longer steep brings out more body and depth.
