Earl Grey is a beloved classic, blending the finest Keemun, Darjeeling, Ceylon, and Assam teas with the delicate citrus essence of bergamot. The result is a light yet bold brew, with a beautifully fragrant aroma and refreshing finish. Its balanced profile makes it as perfect for an uplifting morning as it is for a refined afternoon pause.
Steep in freshly boiled water (90–95 °C) for 2–4 minutes. A shorter infusion highlights the bright citrus fragrance of bergamot, while a longer steep produces a fuller-bodied cup. Take care not to over-steep, as this can overwhelm the tea’s delicate citrus notes.
