Hailed as one of the world’s most prized black teas, Keemun is crafted in Qimen County, Anhui Province. Its tightly rolled black leaves brew into a rich, dark liquor with a lightly nutty flavour and delicate, lingering aroma.
Esteemed for its balance and sophistication, this tea is a hallmark of fine Chinese tradition—a graceful cup for those who appreciate understated luxury.
Steep in water at 85–90 °C for 2–4 minutes. A shorter infusion brings out Keemun’s gentle floral and winey notes, while a longer steep develops its rich, cocoa-like depth. Take care not to over-steep, as this can mask its natural smoothness.
