Moroccan Mint Tea is a classic green tea blend infused with refreshing mint leaves, creating a crisp, vibrant cup. Traditionally enjoyed in Morocco after meals, it’s valued for aiding digestion and soothing the stomach. With antioxidants from green tea to support overall wellness, and the cooling freshness of mint to uplift and revive, this tea offers both balance and refreshment. Its bright character and naturally sweet finish make it a versatile choice—equally calming as a daily ritual or invigorating as a pick-me-up, delicious hot or iced all year round.

Use 1–1½ teaspoons of tea per cup. Steep in water at 80–85 °C for 2–3 minutes. A shorter steep highlights the cooling mint freshness, while a longer infusion brings out the green tea’s depth. Take care not to over-steep, as this can turn the tea bitter and mask its naturally sweet, refreshing finish. The leaves may be re-infused 2–3 times, adjusting the steeping time to taste. Enjoy hot for a soothing cup, or pour over ice for a crisp, invigorating cooler.
